We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, packaging and availability may vary depending on suppliers. Prices and stock are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once full payment is received. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay at this time.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other concerns.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 7 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier. Once a package is shipped, Sugar Globe Candy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or melted candy due to weather or carrier handling.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 of delivery at sugarglobecandy@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right where possible. Melted candy is not considered damaged as that is out of our control, delivery trucks are not air conditioned.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sugar Globe Candy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website, beyond the purchase price of the order.
